Rhian Ramos's legal counsel hopes to settle issue between the actress and Mo Twister out of court

Kahapon lang, May 13, nagkaroon ng pagkakataong magkita sinaRhian Ramos at Atty. Lorna Kapunan.

Si Atty. Kapunan ang siyang napili ng GMA Artist Center na maging legal counsel ng Kapuso star.

Dalawang beses na raw nakapunta si Rhian sa law office ni Atty. Kapunan pero ang partners lang nito ang nakakausap niya.

Ayon kay Atty. Kapunan, nakuwento ng isang partner sa kanyang law office na nung unang punta ni Rhian sa kanilang tanggapan, mukhang apektado raw nang husto ang young actress.

"When my partners saw her and talked to her, she seemed very distraught because of what Mo had done to her, certainly.

"She was concerned about how it will affect her contracts that had morality clauses.

"But when she came back yesterday [May 12] and met my partner again, she seemed better.

"And I think what she has found out for herself is there is life outside the relationship," pahayag ni Atty. Kapunan sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) nang makausap namin siya sa kanyang law office sa The Fort, Taguig City kahapon.

Ayon pa kay Atty. Kapunan, "I understand from my partner, that she [Rhian] has gotten busy.

"Enrolled in fashion school, yoga classes, and all that.

"So, it's I think her way of coping with the situation while the lawyers are trying to understand what are the legal options should there be no possibility of a settlement between the two."

Kaibigan din daw ni Atty. Kapunan si DJ Mo dahil kay Hayden Kho Jr., na isa sa mga kliyente niya.

Kaya naniniwala raw siyang maaayos ito at hindi na aabot sa demandahan.

Iyon din naman daw talaga ang gusto niya dahil personal na isyu nila ito, na puwedeng pag-usapan na lang nilang dalawa.

"Hopefully, it will be settled," sabi ng abugado ni Rhian.

"Two parties here had shared a past together and we are hopeful that this matter will be settled and will not be again enlarged out of proportions.

"Sana on the part of both sides, mag-cool down muna sila.

"Kasi ganyan ang mga magkasintahan o magka-live-in, di ba?

"It's as if the whole world or the whole argument becomes their world."

Susubukan din daw ni Atty. Kapunan na makausap si DJ Mo dahil ang isa pang isyu rito ay ang pagti-tweet ng radio jock/TV personality ng mga intimate moments nila na maaring makaapekto sa katauhan ni Rhian.

Kung patuloy pa rin daw ang pagti-tweet nito tungkol sa kanila ni Rhian, maaring pag-uusapan daw nila ng kanyang kliyente kung anong mabuting gawin para hindi na lumala pa ang kaso.

"Then we will advise our client accordingly," sabi ni Atty. Kapunan.

"Kasi right now, ang feeling namin is, this is all done in haze or without thinking.

"But we are looking at talking to Mo seriously.

"I have guested in his show twice, and I think he's a very rational person.

"And I think if we talk to him, emphasize to him the importance of not damaging other people's reputations, he will also appreciate.

"So we're still hopeful that, in the end, this will be settled out of the court because the parties naman are intelligent and rational people."

Isa sa mga ipinost ni DJ Mo sa kanyang Twitter account kamakailan lang ay ito: "Someone please tell me not to hit the destruct button. please tell me not yet."
