We all know how great singing superstar Jennifer Lopez looks, but now she's telling "Extra" how she does it -- with these three simple steps!

#1: The Tracy Anderson Method. It's an innovative approach which involves empowering the small muscle groups, and will help you achieve long, lean muscle and leave your body looking sexy and feminine.

Lopez explained, "We do an hour and a half to two hours every day. So you do that three, four, five, sometimes six times a week."

#2: The Optimal Cleanse from East West Essentials. The "American Idol" judge said, "My nutritionist loves this, she was like, 'I can't believe you mentioned the Optimal Cleanse!' It's a really good cleanse. This is something that actually cleans out your intestines and everything that builds up, you feel much lighter and, of course, you do drop a few pounds. You can do it for 10 days, but I do it for five days when I feel like I need a break from eating bad."

#3: Don't overdo it! "I'm going to tell you the truth, I do take weeks off," admitted Lopez. "Entire weeks off. I need time. My body needs to recuperate, especially if I'm doing that, getting ready for a video, dancing and everything."

Leonardo DiCaprio Dating Ashley Greene??

Now that actor Leonardo DiCaprio is single again -- after splitting with longtime supermodel girlfriend Bar Refaeli -- the rumor mill is already pairing him with other eligible women, including "Twilight" actress Ashley Greene.

The two were spotted Thursday night at David Arquette's Beacher's Madhouse variety show in Hollywood, but they weren't necessarily together.

DiCaprio was there with a few guy pals, including Lukas Haas and Emile Hirsch, and an onlooker told People.com the "Inception" actor was introduced to Greene at the show. After a brief hello, DiCaprio and his friends moved outside.

"His mood seemed typical," the source told People. "He talked to the people he knew and otherwise just made his way through the crowd."

Eunjung’s midterm grade revealed in front of her husband

T-ara’s Ham Eunjung’s midterm grades have been publicized.

On the May 14th episode of MBC’s “We Got Married“, the Lee Jang Woo/ Eunjung couple, who also happen to attend the same university, went to school together. Lee Jang Woo followed Eunjung into her Vocal Technique Class.

In front of the class, the professor stated, “Last week, we took our midterms. Today, you will receive your score.” As her fellow peers scored high with 9s and 10s (100%), Eunjung’s score was finally revealed.

Her professor revealed, “You got 6 points. This is the lowest score…” Surprised and embarrassed, Eunjung replied, “I’ll take it again.”

In the interview portion of the episode, Eunjung stated, “I felt like there were 10 cameras behind me. I thought it would be good, but now I keep worrying.”

B2ST announces 2nd Japanese single, “BAD GIRL”

On May 13th Korean group, BEAST / B2ST held a “high five” meeting event in PACIFICO Yokohama. Those who purchased their debut Japanese single, “SHOCK” were able to attend the event.

Because of the Tohoku earthquake in March, the event was postponed back until May 13th. Even though the event happened two months later than originally intended, more than 10,000 fans attended the event and were able to high five the members.

The group also announced the release of their 2nd Japanese single, “BAD GIRL“. The single is set to release on June 15th. As opposed to their debut single, “BAD GIRL” is described as a cute pop love song.

The single will come in 4 versions, the limited editions coming with DVD. No other information has been revealed other than covers and the coupling song on the each CD will be remixed by different artists,80kidz, fine Rockets, FIREWORK DJs, and SONPUB.

A stash of pornography was found among the trove of evidence seized from bin Laden's Abbottabad compound by U.S. Navy SEALs, ABC News reports.

This wasn't just a closet dabbler, either. The existence of the pornography stash has been described as "huge" by U.S. officials who reportedly discovered it.
The material was found in a box in bin Laden's bedroom and included "electronically recorded videos." Hey, beats the heck out of Osama's home movies.
The discovery of the pornographic videos is just the latest in a steady stream of intel gleaned from the SEALs during the mission that killed bin Laden.

Lady Gaga, Boyfriend Luc Carl Break Up!

 Lady Gaga is back on the market.

It's over between the music superstar and her boyfriend Luc Carl, she personally admitted on the The Graham Norton Show Thursday.
"I don't have a boyfriend and haven't been on any dates recently," the Gaga said, confirming the breakup from her on-again, off-again love.

"That relationship really shaped me. I sort of resolved that if you can't have the guy of your dreams, there are so many other ways to give love."
Not quite sure how to interpret that, but good to know!
She told Rolling Stone last year of Luc Carl, a bartender and drummer hailing from her native NYC: "I've really never loved anyone like I love him."
Hopefully, the "Born This Way" singer finds a suitable replacement for Carl at some point soon ... if there's even a guy who can keep up with her.

Confirmed: Ashton Kutcher Replacing Charlie Sheen, Says He Can't Replace Charlie Sheen

Smart move by Ashton Kutcher.
Having signed a deal to replace Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men, the actor's first move was to state up front that the warlock is irreplaceable.
In a press release, Ashton said of 2 1/2 Men: "I can't replace Charlie Sheen but I'm going to work my ass off to entertain the hell out of people."
"I can't wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented 2.5 team and I believe we can fill the stage with laughter that will echo in viewers' homes."

Chuck Lorre, Men creator and Sheen's archenemy, says that he's elated to keep his "family" intact and "If I could be any happier, it'd be illegal."
According to reports, Ashton spent time with Lorre and the two got along great, something sorely lacking in his seven-plus seasons with Sheen.
Kutcher will NOT be playing the Charlie Harper character (we'd have paid to see that), but someone new who comes into the Men Malibu house.
The actor will earn between $800,000 and $900,000 an episode, saving CBS big bucks over the $2 million an episode Sheen somehow commanded.
CBS boss Les Moonves has already signed off and the show - with stars Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones - will be coming back for a ninth season.

When Will Kate Middleton Get Pregnant?

If you thought British royal family gossip would dissipate after the wedding of Kate Middleton and Prince William April 29, you thought wrong.
There's the royal couple's secret honeymoon, and the question of whether Chelsy Davy will wed Prince Harry in a royal wedding of their own.
Not to mention the fascination with Kate's sister, Pippa Middleton.
Yeah, the royals are not going anywhere. Especially since really, it's only a matter of time until Kate Middleton pregnancy speculation begins!

At some point, there is probably going to be a baby. Even before that, there will be gossip about when there will be a baby. Potentially a lot of it, in fact.
"There's a good chance that she will be pregnant in the next year or two, because, well, that's what royals do," one British royal family expert opines.
Kate Middleton is 29 and Prince William turns the same June 21, so the timing would make sense. Not that fans need a royal baby to remain interested.
Searches for Will and Kate's honeymoon rose 289 percent this week from last, and their upcoming trip to America generated a similar online response.
Long story short, don't expect the royal couple or their siblings to drift into obscurity anytime soon. Two billion people watched the wedding, after all.

Bristol Palin Reality Show: Will You Actually Watch?

Bristol will be returning to L.A., working at a small charity and living with pal Kyle Massey and his brother Chris. BIO will be doing the broadcasting.
Sounds nice and harmless and all. But who thought that up? More importantly, who's sitting there at home thinking "Oh, I HAVE to check that out!!"

Perhaps the heartland is being overlooked. States responsible for the most Internet searches for Palin include Alaska (obvi!), North Dakota, Idaho and Kansas.


There's also the Kate Gosselin factor. The Bio network has dubbed Bristol Palin "the most famous single mother in America" and a "national media darling."
A few years ago, Kate, her kids and messy personal life earned her a major audience. Perhaps the network is banking on Bristol carrying that mantle now.
"Bristol is the opposite of the perceived lower class demographic that watches 16 and Pregnant," Robert Galinsky of the New York Reailty TV School says.
"Unlike 16 and Pregnant, her audience is informing the mainstream and they understand how to cultivate and showcase a more wholesome lifestyle."
Whatever you say man. Although that point is somewhat valid. No way the peeps on MTV could afford anything resembling Bristol Palin's plastic surgery.

[Review] of 2NE1's “Lonely”

2NE1 have recently unleashed their first track of 2011, titled “Lonely“, just ahead of their full-fledged comeback this June.

Just a week ago, lead vocalist Park Bom debuted her solo digital single, “Don’t Cry“, and if that was any indication, it sounds like YG Entertainment has finally decided to pull back from the over digitized sound and veer their efforts toward a more experimental approach with 2NE1.

If anything, the change is paying off.

Rather than following the cookie-cutter trends of K-pop, 2NE1 have been setting their own ever since their explosive debut back in 2009. It’s undeniable that these four ladies bring something completely different to the scene than any other active girl group right now, which makes them that much more important as a contributing factor to the progression of the Korean pop music industry.

2NE1 have grown to be edgy, innovative, and believable as artists in their own right; when 2NE1 introduced swag, attitude, and brute force to the scene, many girl groups were quick to follow. However, the authenticity and fierceness of 2NE1’s style remains to be tested by their valiant competitors.

“Lonely” stands out as a newly released track because it’s much slower than anyone was expecting from 2NE1, but there’s one other thing that stands out about it as well.

In a thoughtful move by the songwriter, this song doesn’t feature a lick of rap. Pop songwriters, now more than ever, feel the need to insert rap into every single song/ballad they can muster because it’s ‘automatically cool and interesting that way’ when most times it could really go without, and this song unfolds just fine on its own. Instead of killer rap lines, we get a large dose of CL, who is arguably the shining star in “Lonely”, as she gives us a variation of vocal skills. She tests out her falsetto, and while I maintain her forte is rap, it goes without saying that CL has quite the singing voice (one that always risks breaking any emotional connection with the listener by almost getting too fierce on us).

Not surprisingly, Sandara Park holds her ground, like in every 2NE1 song, as the filler-transitional voice between the strongest singers in the group. Park Bom, who reminds me of the Park Bom in “The First Mini Album“, is not only given great parts of the song, but is allowed to handle the ad-libs (yes, ad-libs) at the end just like a proper lead vocalist should.  And by all means, does a mighty nice job of not over singing or shouting them, a step above previous releases for her.  Bom just sounds comfortable.

Finally, we have Minzy, who has the capability of blowing the roof off 2NE1’s singles but is never given the opportunity to do so. Here, Minzy delivers that very rich timbre of hers and carries most of the lower notes that the other ladies can’t quite hit. The difference: Minzy can hit both the lows and highs because she has a prominent chest voice, but we’re stuck listening to her deeper tones for now.

“Lonely” sees 2NE1 putting a damper on the auto-tuned rage of everything on “To Anyone” (I’m sure we’ll hear its reprise, or at least a heavier form of processing by next month). Instead, this sounds like they’ve cut everything down to just vocals and a couple accompaniments. It almost feels like someone laid an ever-so-thinly trimmed veil over 2NE1’s vocals, not exactly to muffle their vocals, but to cut it back from sounding crisp. On top of that, “Lonely” is very resonant, far more than any of their previous singles; if you listen closely, you can hear what I mean throughout the verses (CL’s first line).

In truth, “Lonely” plays out just like YG wants it to – sounding ‘acoustic’ and ‘live session-like’ without actually being either of those. YG have noticed that not many idols have stripped that thick layer of glitz and glamour away, nor used the indie-esque vibes as a comeback tactic, and they’re going in straight for the kill here.

Rather than strutting in unison into the future like they did last year, 2NE1 are coming at us from a brand new angle, one that we haven’t seen them from, and there’s something very refreshing about that. Listeners have always known that 2NE1 possess an undefined amount of vocal talent, and the best thing about “Lonely” is that it’s one of the better releases to showcase those abilities.

On May 14th, a netizen uploaded a set of four pictures onto a community website under the title, “Bright and flowery Minho”.

The pictures were from the set of his recent photoshoot, which had the star wear a bright orange blazer. As per usual, Minho can be seen smiling innocently during his relaxed state.

Jay Park makes his debut on Music Core

After several thunderstorms in the past 2 years, “Giant Baby” Jay Park is finally bringing back the ‘Jay Effect’ on tonight’s MBC Music Core stage for his debut solo album promotions!

Jay recently released a seven-track mini-album, “Take A Deeper Look” which is packed with a diverse range of genres from R&B to hip hop and dance, along with an impressive line-up of guests likeDavichi’s Kang Min Kyung, Dok2, and The Quiett.

Six out of the seven tracks were composed by him, and all seven feature his very own lyrics, all of which exemplify his growth as a singer-songwriter.

His title track, “Abandoned“, is an R&B track that goes back and forth from a high tension tempo and a quicker beat. Alongside the modern melody are lyrics of sorrow over lost love.

So hold your breath and watch him seize the stage with his improved charisma below!

Rhian Ramos's legal counsel hopes to settle issue between the actress and Mo Twister out of court

Si Atty. Kapunan ang siyang napili ng GMA Artist Center na maging legal counsel ng Kapuso star.

Dalawang beses na raw nakapunta si Rhian sa law office ni Atty. Kapunan pero ang partners lang nito ang nakakausap niya.

Ayon kay Atty. Kapunan, nakuwento ng isang partner sa kanyang law office na nung unang punta ni Rhian sa kanilang tanggapan, mukhang apektado raw nang husto ang young actress.

"When my partners saw her and talked to her, she seemed very distraught because of what Mo had done to her, certainly.

"She was concerned about how it will affect her contracts that had morality clauses.

"But when she came back yesterday [May 12] and met my partner again, she seemed better.

"And I think what she has found out for herself is there is life outside the relationship," pahayag ni Atty. Kapunan sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) nang makausap namin siya sa kanyang law office sa The Fort, Taguig City kahapon.

Ayon pa kay Atty. Kapunan, "I understand from my partner, that she [Rhian] has gotten busy.

"It's as if the whole world or the whole argument becomes their world."

"Then we will advise our client accordingly," sabi ni Atty. Kapunan.

"Kasi right now, ang feeling namin is, this is all done in haze or without thinking.

"But we are looking at talking to Mo seriously.

"I have guested in his show twice, and I think he's a very rational person.

"And I think if we talk to him, emphasize to him the importance of not damaging other people's reputations, he will also appreciate.

"So we're still hopeful that, in the end, this will be settled out of the court because the parties naman are intelligent and rational people."
